RBL Bank Employees Contribute Over INR 21 Lakh to Kerala Relief Fund to Support Local Rehabilitation

Kerala: RBL Bank employees came together to extend their support to the Kerala Relief Fund in response to the landslides triggered by torrential rains in the Wayanad district of Kerala on July 30, 2024.

A total sum of INR 21,79,060/- was raised through voluntary contributions from employees. The funds are aimed at supporting relief, rehabilitation and reconstruction efforts in the wake of the worst natural disaster to hit Kerala since the 2018 floods.

Employees were given the option to contribute a portion of their salary, ranging from 0.5 to 5 days, or donate a fixed amount. This generous contribution reflects RBL Bank’s commitment to supporting communities during challenging times.

The Honourable Chief Minister of Kerala, Pinarayi Vijayan, received the cheque from the Bank’s representatives at a formal event in Kerala.
