Chennai: Geojit Financial Services Ltd (Geojit) has announced education scholarships for deserving students from economically weaker sections of the society in TamilNadu, pursuing career-oriented courses. The applicant must have passed Std XII with above 75 per cent marks. The Vidhyadhanam Scheme of Geojit Foundation, the CSR arm of Geojit, will provide up to Rs 25,000/- per annum to selected students towards their tuition fees, examination fees, etc.
“We believe that education is a key enabler for the empowerment of the youth. We chose TamilNadu as we have a strong presence in the State. We hope to help the selected students have a bright future,” said C J George, MD, Geojit Financial Services.
The last date for application will be August 31, 2022.
